Editor field description for Model group

Stores the arrangement of content elements and settings that make up a model group.

Containers
Optional - Can occur as often as necessary
Name
(Text input)
Name to identify the container, has to be unique in the page.
The container name can not be empty.
Type
(Text input)
Type of the container, used to identify the right formatter JSP file for each element, see the appinfo:formatter section of your XSD.
The container type can not be empty.
The parent element instance id setting, only used for nested containers.

Indicates the container is a root level container.

Elements that were dropped into this container.

The OpenCms VFS Uri pointing on the content referenced by this element.
The element uri can not be empty.

The formatter used to render the referenced content element.

Check this option if you want to create a copy of the referenced content element, when using this container page as page template.
